Education

Pillar 04: Future

Education

We help shape tomorrow's expertise and support educational initiatives, so sponsorship becomes a subject that's structurally taught, not just learned on the job.

Building tomorrow's talent.

Sponsorship is barely taught as a separate subject in Belgium. Those who work in it today have mostly learned it on the job through internships, through a job in marketing or communications that grew into a sponsorship role. BSA Education wants to make that pipeline more structural.

We map existing educational initiatives, support colleges and universities that want to include sponsorship in their curriculum, and actively focus on internships and first work experience for students showing interest in the craft. This way, we help build a next generation of professionals who already know sponsorship before they start in it full-time.
